Territory and consumer law

Unless mandatory rules in your country provide otherwise, the trader is established in the Netherlands and distance-selling rules for consumers in the EEA may apply to your order. If you order from outside the EEA, customs, duties, and local supplement rules may apply; lawful import depends on the rules where you live, and you are responsible for checking them.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, you may have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, starting the day after you receive the goods, unless an exception applies (for example sealed goods opened that cannot be returned for health protection reasons, where permitted by law).

Send a clear statement using the contact form or the email addresses shown as text in the footer. Include your name, address, order reference if available, and which items you wish to return.

Condition of returned goods

Goods should be returned with original packaging where reasonable, without undue use beyond what is needed to inspect the product. We may reduce the refund if the value has diminished due to handling beyond what is permitted.

Refund timing and method

After we receive and inspect the return, we will process refunds using the same payment method where possible. Processing may take several business days depending on payment providers.

Return shipping costs

Unless we delivered a wrong or defective item, you may need to bear direct return shipping costs as stated in your order confirmation or applicable law.

Non-returnable items

Items that are personalised, perishable, or sealed for health protection once opened may be excluded where the law allows. Food supplements may fall under specific hygiene rules; check your order confirmation.

Faulty goods

If an item is faulty, you may have statutory rights independent of the withdrawal period. Contact us with a description and, if helpful, images of the issue.
